Actor Gulshan Devaiah is set to star in filmmaker Kaushal Oza's upcoming Little Thomas. Expected to be a dramedy, the film also stars Rasika Duggal.
The film will focus on the charming and simple life of a Goan family. Little Thomas is produced by Good Bad Films.
