Actor Mrunal Thakur will next be seen as Ishaan Khatter's sister Radha, who also uses her cryptography skills to serve the country, in the war drama Pippa.
The actor shares that she was instantly captivated by the script, which offered her the opportunity to portray a strong, intelligent, and resourceful woman in a pivotal role. "Radha is a character close to my heart. She represents the resilience and strength of women, not just emotionally, but also intellectually. It was refreshing to play a female character actively involved in the war effort, making significant contributions through her expertise in cryptography," she said.
Directed by Raja Menon, the film also stars Priyanshu Painyuli and Soni Razdan. It is currently streaming on Prime Video.
