The teaser of Hrithik Roshan's Fighter was unveiled by the makers on Friday. Also starring Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor, the film is helmed Siddharth Anand.
The teaser starts with the lines, "To find us? You must be good. To catch us? You must be fast. To beat us? You must be Joking!" And as these lines end on the screen, the engine of the fighter plane revs up to show us a stylish Patty (Hrithik Roshan), and a charming Minnu (Deepika Padukone), piloting their fighter jets with suave. With elements of drama, romance and patriotism, and a novel version of Vande Mataram, the Fighter teaser promises us that "Republic Day will never be the same again."
Earlier, Deepika Padukone, Anil Kapoor and Hrithik Roshan's character posters from the film were unveiled. While Deepika plays Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, Hrithik Roshan plays Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania. Anil Kapoor is Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh.
Fighter is backed by Ajit Andhare (Viacom18 Studios), Mamta Anand, Ramon Chibb, and Anku Pande. During a previous conversation about the film, Siddharth expressed that Fighter is one of his dream projects.
The film is set to hit the theatres on January 25, 2024.
